The Health Ranger attacks the fraudulent hypocrisy of the "green elite" who think they're living green because they donate money to green causes. Meanwhile, they're actually living unsustainable lifestyles, consuming food grown thousands of miles away, using air conditioning in their large homes and consuming non-renewable products that create landfill waste.

With some exceptions, nearly all the "green elite" are total frauds who live with a massive CO2 footprint but try to buy off their guilt by giving money to "green causes." Meanwhile, they're drinking water pumped over a mountain near Los Angeles through the use of massive pumps running on fossil fuels.
